Ron has over 25 years of substantial technology, management, organizational development, and operational experience. He has helped lead venture capital backed startup companies like Arbor Software. Ron has a proven track record in creating and managing high performance technology teams from the ground up. Ron serves on the City of San Diego Parks & Recreation Board and Regional Oversight Committee. Ron also serves on Mayor of San Diego’s Asian Pacific Islander Advisory Board. Ron serves on San Diego’s Asian Business Association Foundation Board. Ron previously served on the City of San Diego Citizen’s Equal Opportunity Commission. Ron is also a former Board Member and Chair of Union of Pan Asian Communities.
